Excel to PDF Online

Convert .xlsx, .xls or CSV sheets into landscape PDF table pages — each sheet labelled, with its header row repeated — in your browser.

How to use Excel to PDF

  1. Add one spreadsheet or CSV file
  2. Press Convert
  3. Download the PDF and check each sheet

Good to know

  • Hide or delete helper columns before converting so the printed table stays readable.
  • For exact print layout, use Excel's own Page Setup and Export to PDF instead.
  • Cell colours, formulas formatting, charts, images and print settings are not preserved; values are rendered as a clean table. Very wide sheets are shrunk and long text is truncated to fit.

Frequently asked questions

Which spreadsheet formats work?

Modern .xlsx files, older .xls files and plain .csv files are supported. Each worksheet becomes labelled table pages in the PDF.

Are formulas converted?

The stored result values are shown where the file contains them. Formula text, conditional formatting, charts and images are not rendered.

What happens to a very wide sheet?

Columns are fitted to a landscape page by reducing the font and truncating long cell text. Splitting a very wide sheet into smaller sheets first gives a more readable result.

Input: Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV  ·  Output: PDF (.pdf)

Formatting note: sheets become clean landscape tables with the first row treated as a header. Cell colours, charts, images, merged-cell design and print settings are not preserved, and very wide sheets are shrunk with long text truncated. For exact print layout, use Excel's own Export to PDF.
