- Press Create PDF and download the result
- Check the per-file report for anything skipped
Good to know
- For pixel-perfect Word, Excel or PowerPoint layout, export that file to PDF from its own app first, then merge the PDF here.
- Put a 01-, 02- prefix in file names so the intended order is obvious.
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are converted from their text and table content — original layout, fonts, charts and animations are not preserved.
Frequently asked questions
Which file types can I merge into one PDF?
You can add JPG and PNG images, PDFs, plain-text files, Word .docx files, Excel .xlsx files and PowerPoint .pptx files, up to 30 files in total. Legacy .doc, .xls and .ppt files are not converted in the browser — export them to a modern format or PDF first.
Will my Word or PowerPoint file look exactly the same?
No. In-browser conversion uses the readable text, tables and extractable images, rebuilt as clean PDF pages. Fonts, exact positioning, charts, SmartArt and animations are not preserved.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Every file is read and converted in this browser tab and is never sent to a server.
