PPT to PDF Online

Convert a .pptx presentation into a PDF with one page per slide, using the slide text and extractable images — quickly, privately, in your browser.

How to use PPT to PDF

  1. Add one .pptx file
  2. Press Convert
  3. Check the slide pages and download

Good to know

  • For an exact replica, open the presentation in PowerPoint or LibreOffice and export to PDF from there.
  • Keep slide text concise — very dense slides are rebuilt as smaller text to fit the page.
  • Layout fidelity is limited compared with PowerPoint: text and extractable images are rebuilt as clean pages, so animations, transitions, charts and exact positioning are not preserved. Legacy .ppt files are not supported.

Frequently asked questions

Can I convert a .ppt file?

Legacy .ppt is a binary format that this browser tool cannot reliably read. Save it as .pptx, or export it to PDF, from PowerPoint or LibreOffice first.

Will animations and slide designs be kept?

No. Animations, transitions, themes, charts and precise object positions are not reproduced. Slide text and images that can be extracted are placed on clean PDF pages.

Are speaker notes included?

No. This tool converts the slides themselves, not presenter notes.

Input: PowerPoint (.pptx)  ·  Output: PDF (.pdf)

Honest limit: this rebuilds each slide from its text and extractable images. It will not look identical to PowerPoint — themes, exact positioning, charts, SmartArt, animations and transitions are not preserved. For a pixel-perfect copy, export to PDF from PowerPoint itself.
