How these calculators work

Each calculator applies the rule as written in the law or official guidance — for example Article 51 of the UAE Labour Law, Articles 84–85 of the Saudi Labor Law or Kuwait's Law 6 of 2010 — and shows every step so you can check it against your contract or payslip. Where the official position is unclear (such as the daily-wage divisor for UAE gratuity, or how Oman counts service before the 2023 law), the page says so and lets you compare.

Results are estimates, not legal, tax or financial advice. Free zones such as DIFC and ADGM, government employers and individual contracts can follow different rules. Always confirm the final amount with the ministry, authority, bank or a qualified adviser.
