Watermark PDF Online

Mark a PDF with diagonal or level text, a tiled watermark, or your own PNG/JPG logo stamp — set transparency, size and which pages it appears on, preview it, then download.

How to use Watermark PDF

  1. Add one PDF
  2. Choose text or image, type your words or pick a logo
  3. Set position, tiling, size, colour and transparency
  4. Preview, then download the watermarked PDF

Good to know

  • Light grey at low opacity reads as a watermark without hiding the content.
  • Use first-page-only for a logo stamp on a cover, and all pages for CONFIDENTIAL-style marks.
  • A watermark added here is drawn onto each selected page; a determined editor with the right tools could still remove it, so do not rely on it as sole protection for sensitive files.

Frequently asked questions

Can I tile the watermark across the page?

Yes. Text watermarks can repeat in a tiled grid, or sit once in the centre — diagonal or horizontal.

Which images can I stamp?

PNG and JPG logos work. Transparent PNGs keep their transparency in the exported PDF.

Does it apply to every page?

You choose: all pages, first page only, or last page only.

Input: PDF (.pdf) + optional PNG/JPG  ·  Output: PDF (.pdf)

Note: the mark is drawn onto each selected page. It deters casual reuse, but a determined editor could remove it — do not rely on a watermark alone to protect sensitive files.
