This free business card maker gives you 25 professionally designed templates — modern minimal, corporate, luxury black and gold, gradient, photographer, real estate, doctor, lawyer, restaurant, tech, Nepali, vertical and QR-focused — each with a matching front and back. Add your logo, name, title, company, phones, email, website, address and social handles, pick a colour palette and font pairing, and watch the card update live. Long names and addresses shrink to fit automatically, so nothing is ever cut off. When you are happy, download a vector print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed and crop marks, a 10-up A4 or Letter sheet for home printing, a 300 or 600 dpi PNG or JPG, or an SVG. Everything — fonts, QR codes and exports — is made in your browser with no sign-up and no watermark on the card.

Business card design online free — with a real front and back

Every template is a matched pair: a front with your name, title and contact details, and a back with your logo, company name and tagline or a QR code. Choose from modern minimal and Swiss styles, corporate edge, luxury black and gold, soft gradients, photographer and real estate designs, doctor and lawyer cards, a restaurant card with script accents, a tech blueprint, an eco design, a bold typographic card and four vertical layouts. Switch palettes and font pairings with one click — the layout stays balanced because text is fitted to its box instead of overflowing.

Visiting card maker with print-ready PDF, bleed and crop marks

Printers need artwork that runs past the cut line. This visiting card maker adds a 3 mm bleed on every side, draws crop marks in the slug area and sets the PDF TrimBox and BleedBox, so the file can go straight to an online printer or the print shop down the road. Turn on the guides to see the trim line and the safe zone while you design. For printable business cards at home, the 10-up A4 or Letter sheet puts ten cards on a page with cut marks and mirrored backs for duplex printing.

Sharp at any size: vector PDF and SVG, 600 dpi PNG

Text is set with embedded open-licence fonts and shapes are true vectors, so the card stays crisp whether it is printed or zoomed on screen. Need an image for an email signature, WhatsApp or LinkedIn? Download a 300 or 600 dpi PNG or JPG. Designers can take the SVG into any vector editor.

  1. Pick a template — filter by horizontal or vertical — and choose a colour palette and font pairing
  2. Type your name, title, company, phone, email, website, address and social handles, and upload your logo (or keep the monogram)
  3. Optional: add a QR code with your contact card (vCard) or a website link to the back
  4. Choose the card size — US 3.5 × 2 in, EU 85 × 55 mm or Japan 91 × 55 mm — and turn on the bleed and safe-zone guides
  5. Flip the preview to check the back, fix any warning shown under the card
  6. Download the print-ready PDF with bleed and crop marks, a 10-up sheet for home printing, or PNG/JPG/SVG

  • Keep important text inside the dashed safe zone — print shops trim cards with up to 1–2 mm tolerance.
  • Send the PDF with bleed and crop marks to a print shop; use the 10-up sheet with perforated card stock at home.
  • For double-sided home printing, print the sheet and choose ‘flip on long edge’ — the backs are already mirrored to line up.
  • A logo with a transparent background looks best — use the free Background Remover first if yours sits on white.
  • Scan the QR code with your phone from the preview before you print.
  • PDFs are RGB with embedded fonts; most online and local print shops accept them, but printed colours vary between printers and paper — always check a printed proof before ordering in bulk. Devanagari text is drawn as vector outlines in PDF/SVG (sharp, but not selectable). Fonts cover Latin, Latin Extended and Devanagari only. Designs are saved only in this browser unless you export the JSON file.

Is this business card maker really free?

Yes. All 25 templates, every font, the QR code and all exports — print-ready PDF with bleed, 10-up sheets, 600 dpi PNG and SVG — are free with no sign-up. There is no watermark on the card itself; a very faint “Made with DocSample.com” note can appear only in the margin outside the trim area of PDFs, and you can switch it off.

Are the PDFs print-ready?

Yes. The single-card PDF has a 3 mm bleed on all sides, crop marks outside the bleed, and correct TrimBox and BleedBox values, with all fonts embedded and text and shapes as vectors. Most online printers and local print shops accept it as it is. The file is RGB; if your printer requires CMYK, they can convert it — ask for a printed proof first.

What size is a business card?

The US and Canada standard is 3.5 × 2 inches (88.9 × 50.8 mm). Europe, the UK, Australia, Nepal and India mostly use 85 × 55 mm, and Japan uses 91 × 55 mm. Pick the size in step 3; vertical templates use the same sizes turned on their side.

Can I print business cards at home?

Yes. Choose “Sheet PDF” on A4 or US Letter: it lays out 10 cards with crop marks, plus the backs on page 2 mirrored for long-edge duplex printing. Print at 100% (actual size, not ‘fit to page’) on 250–350 gsm card stock and cut along the marks.

Can I add a QR code to my business card?

Yes. Add a QR code with your full contact details (vCard), so people can save you to their phone with one scan, or a QR code to your website or booking page. The code is generated in your browser and never expires.

Is my information uploaded?

No. Your details, logo and design never leave your device. The design is saved in this browser’s storage so you can continue later, and you can export it as a JSON file to move it to another computer.

Does it support Nepali (Devanagari)?

Yes. Add your name in Nepali in the “Name in another script” field, or use the Himalaya template. Devanagari is shaped correctly with the embedded Mukta font in the preview, PDF, PNG and SVG.

Input: Your details and logo (PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG) typed or added in the browser  ·  Output: Vector PDF (single card with bleed & crop marks, or 10-up A4/Letter sheet), PNG/JPG at 300 or 600 dpi, SVG, JSON design file
