Can I edit the letterhead in Microsoft Word?
Yes. The DOCX uses Word’s real header and footer, so the letterhead repeats on every page automatically and you just type your letter in the body. The body text is normal editable Word text in the same fonts, embedded in the file. The letterhead artwork itself is a sharp 300 dpi picture so it looks exactly like the PDF; to change it, edit it here and download again.
Will the PDF and Word file look the same?
Yes, that is the goal: both are generated from the same layout, the same fonts and the same line spacing, and we check them against each other by converting the Word file to PDF and comparing the pixels. Small differences can appear if Word substitutes a font, or after you edit the text.
Can I make a letterhead in Nepali?
Yes. The Nepali office template includes a Devanagari company name and PAN/VAT fields. Devanagari is shaped correctly with the embedded Mukta font in the preview, PDF, PNG and in the Word header.
What letterhead size should I use?
A4 (210 × 297 mm) for Nepal, India, the UK, Europe and Australia; US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) for the USA and Canada. The design adjusts to the paper you pick.
Are my company details uploaded?
